Cancer Center Navigation Services

Patient navigation in cancer care offers individualized guidance and support to people who are faced with a suspicious finding or a diagnosis of cancer. One-on-one sessions with a trained Navigator provide the information needed to guide the patient through the treatment process.

Pre- and post-surgery consultations with healthcare professionals help patients and families understand any surgery that may be performed and answer any concerns or questions the patient and family may have.

For more information or to schedule an appointment call the Shore Cancer Center at 609-653-3585.
