The Stainton Society is the largest fundraising organization in southern New Jersey and remains a critical part of Shore Memorial's overall development effort. In the spirit of Howard Stainton’s humble philanthropy, the Stainton Society was founded in 1989 to allow individuals, families and businesses to pledge annual support to Shore Memorial through membership.
Since then, the Society has grown to over 600 members and has contributed more than $11 million for important projects and programs at Shore Memorial.
