Atlantic County Health Living Coalition to Host Free Workshop Series on Quitting Tobacco

Giving up tobacco can be a difficult process, especially for longtime users. But a little guidance can help make it easier.

The Atlantic County Healthy Living Coalition presents “Ready Set Go!,” a free four-part workshop series hosted by the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in Galloway Township from 6 to 7 p.m. November 10 and 17 and December 1 and 8.

Health professionals from a number of local organizations including Shore Memorial Hospital, the Atlantic County Division of Public Health and Atlantic Prevention Resources will discuss the quitting process, helpful tips and resources available to help you quit.
