The 1st Annual Linwood SHORE Fest, which was held on Sunday, October 10, raised a total of $12,000 for the SHORE TOMORROW Linwood Community Campaign for Shore Memorial Hospital. The event, which was hosted by the Linwood Care Center, was held at the Cornerstone Commerce Center in Linwood and brought participants from all over the area who participated in the 5K Run/Walk and enjoyed a large variety of food, crafts and kids events at the Community Festival.
The Shore Tomorrow Linwood Community Campaign is a multi-year effort to raise $500,000 from the Linwood community towards the $20 million SHORE TOMORROW overall campaign goal. The expansion project is the largest in the history of Shore Memorial and includes a new four-story Surgical Pavilion, new lobby and main entrance and expanded parking facilities that will transform Shore Memorial into an ultra modern medical center with one of the finest surgical facilities in southern New Jersey.
