Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Mark Mullin as its November Guardian Angel of the Month for providing exceptional care to his patients. Whether for helping to deliver their first child or for providing a meaningful service during a patient’s hospital stay, the Guardian Angel Program was established to enable patients to say thank you to a special caregiver through a donation to Shore Medical Center.
Mullin is an RN and lives in Mays Landing, NJ. He began his career at Shore Medical Center in 2006 as a Graduate Nurse, becoming a RN in 2007. Mullin has been a RN in the Emergency Department for the past two and a half years.
“Mark has excelled in providing clinically safe and competent care to our patients. He has grown tremendously in his ability to think critically and prioritize,” says RN Lisa Sulzman, Shore’s nurse manager. “Over the past two years, Mark has graciously taken on the challenges of charge nurse and preceptor in the Emergency Department, and has performed these roles remarkably.”
The Guardian Angel is recognized amongst his or her peers and is presented with a special Guardian Angel pin at Shore Medical Center’s annual pinning ceremony.
