Security Officer John McGuire Named Shore Medical Center’s November Guardian Angel of the Month

Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Security Officer John McGuire as its November Guardian Angel of the Month for providing passionate and exceptional care to Shore’s patients.

The Guardian Angel Program was established to enable patients to say thank you to a special caregiver through a donation to Shore Medical Center.

McGuire, of Mays Landing, NJ, joined Shore in May of 2000 following a career in the U.S. Marines. Director of Safety and Security Joe Rodriguez said is a trusted member of the Shore Medical Center team, always quick to respond when asked for assistance.

“As a security officer, John has displayed compassion for those in need while being firm in providing for the safety and security of those at the medical center,” said Rodriguez. “John is a valued team member who has impressed with his professionalism, calm demeanor and quick-thinking abilities.”

The Guardian Angel program recognizes anyone who works at Shore Medical Center and makes an impact and difference in your care. Guardian Angels are recognized amongst their peers and are presented with a special Guardian Angel pin at Shore Medical Center’s annual pinning ceremony.
