Denise Rossetti Named Shore Medical Center’s April 2016 Guardian Angel of the Month

March 31, 2016

Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Denise Rossetti, Shore Cancer Center CEED Grant Assistant, as its April 2016 Guardian Angel of the Month for providing passionate and exceptional care to Shore’s patients. Shore established the Guardian Angel Program to enable patients to say thank you to a special caregiver through a donation to Shore Medical Center.

Rossetti joined Shore in November 2011.  As a grant assistant with Shore Cancer Center’s Cancer Education and Early Detection (CEED) program, Denise helps uninsured and underinsured patients get the cancer care they need.

Angela Bailey, MSW, LSW, Manager of Cancer Community Outreach, says Denise is incredibly dedicated to the CEED program and to their patients. “Denise puts forth her best effort to ensure patients can access cancer care, regardless of their financial circumstances.  She’s a positive-minded person and is open to doing anything necessary for the program.”

Rossetti resides in Northfield with her son, Dominic, and enjoys gardening, furniture restoration and reading.

The Guardian Angel program recognizes anyone who works at Shore Medical Center and makes an impact and difference in a patient's care. Guardian Angels are recognized amongst their peers and are presented with a special Guardian Angel pin at Shore Medical Center’s annual pinning ceremony. If you, a family member or friend would like to honor a Shore Medical Center Guardian Angel, please contact the Shore Medical Center Foundation at 609-653-3800.
