Life can bring many challenges, especially as we age, but support from others can help us overcome them. Shore Medical Center and its Center for Family Caregivers are pleased to offer a new monthly, one-hour support program to help you learn and connect with others facing similar struggles, from grief and loss to healthy aging, and much more. Sessions will be led by social workers and other local experts, and held via Zoom, with plans to move to in-person support programs at the Center for Family Caregivers in the future.
