Joe Mooney, a member of the Shore Medical Center’s IT Service Desk since 2001 was named Employee of the Month for April. He has played an active role in contributing to the improvements of hospital performance, quality and service.
Joe was recently highlighted by a fellow co-worker, Karla Kachblain for his continued dedication to a job well done. Karla mentioned, “Recently my PC started giving me problems, that’s when I started working with Joe through phone calls and emails. It was decided I needed a new PC. Joe put together a new PC in no time at all. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me while I tested the new PC, making adjustments along the way. He always answered my emails and voicemails quickly so my work day ran smoothly during the process. Joe even got my old printer to work with the new PC. Thank you Joe for your hard work getting me set up again to work.”
