Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Gina Sanguinetti, RRT, a registered respiratory care practitioner, as its February 2018 Guardian Angel of the Month for providing passionate and exceptional care to Shore’s patients. The Guardian Angel Program was established to enable members of the community to say thank you to a special Shore caregiver through a donation to the medical center.
Sanguinetti has been working with the Respiratory Care Services Department here at Shore since 1997, and is said to be a true team player.
Sylvia Buzzi, BA, RRT, director of respiratory care services, describes Sanguinetti as a kind, caring individual who is helpful to those around her and proficient in her work.
“Gina always goes out of her way to help any and all staff in the organization and provides the utmost care to the patients while being conscious about their safety.”
A family member of a patient Sanguinetti cared for shared this about her:
“Gina took the time to explain in detail the different respiratory procedures. She was extremely proficient. Her expertise and cheerful manner made a huge impact in my husband’s care.”
Sanguinetti resides in North Wildwood, NJ. She is a proud parent of four grown children, and grandparent to eight grandchildren, with two more on the way. She enjoys an active lifestyle, staying healthy, and going to the gym. She also enjoys spending time with Molly, her dog, and visiting with her children and grandchildren.
The Guardian Angel program recognizes anyone who works at Shore Medical Center and makes an impact and difference in your care. Guardian Angels are recognized amongst their peers and are presented with a special Guardian Angel pin at Shore Medical Center’s annual pinning ceremony.
