For consistently delivering outstanding patient-centered service and embodying Shore Medical Center’s Mission, Vision and Values, Shore is proud to announce that Senior PACS Analyst Bryan Dionisio, BS, R.T.(R), has been named the medical center’s April 2018 Employee of the Month.
Dionisio has been working at Shore Medical Center since 2003. As a member of the IT department responsible for all of the imaging applications involved with Shore’s Diagnostic Imaging department, he serves a vital role in ensuring the imaging software for procedures like ultrasounds, MRIs and CT scans are functioning properly and safe from cyberattacks. In his role, Dionisio manages the digital voice reporting software used by physicians. He is proud to be a part of the team that helped Shore Medical Center become the first hospital in the U.S. to install antivirus software on Toshiba ultrasound devices.
A 2007 graduate of Shore’s School of Radiologic Technology, Dionisio also holds a Bachelor’s in healthcare administration and is currently pursuing his MBA.
Fred Banner, Shore’s chief information officer, says he is fortunate Bryan chose to be a part of the Shore IT team.
“Bryan’s technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and ‘can do’ attitude enable his success. No assignment is too big or too small, he is always willing to do the right thing and whatever it takes to get the job done right in service to our patients, their caregivers and providers.”
Dionisio is grateful for the support he receives at Shore that allows him to be successful in his job.
“Shore has allowed me to develop my skills both professionally and personally. I think our hospital’s family-centered culture and how we try to ‘do the right thing always’ sets us apart from other organizations,” Dionisio says.
A resident of Northfield, Dionisio enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, their young sons, Alexander and William, and their dogs, Ted and Sasha. He is a big automobile enthusiast and enjoys detailing and working on cars. He’s also into kayaking, fishing and archery.
