Clinical Laboratory

Accredited by the College of American Pathologists, Shore’s laboratory is ready to support physicians with a full range of diagnostic and routine monitoring tests. The laboratory’s professional staff prides themselves on the accuracy and precision of the test results they deliver. The laboratory is affiliated with several reputable reference laboratories to handle esoteric testing not performed on site.

Hours: Mon., Wed., Thurs. and Fri. 8am to 4pm, Tues., 7am to 4pm, no appointment necessary.

Hours: 7:30am to 5:30pm, some weekend and evening hours available, no appointment necessary.

Blood Bank/Transfusion Services

Shore’s transfusion services works in cooperation with the American Red Cross Penn Jersey Region to provide the safest blood, blood products, and other services to our patients, servicing the transfusion needs of our community in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Autologous & Directed Blood Donor Program

The American Red Cross, in conjunction with Shore Transfusion Services offers patients facing surgery the option with medical approval, to make an autologous donation of their own blood for later use or, under the Directed Donation Program have blood donated on their behalf. The service is offered by appointment only.
