- Direct access to our 24/7 Lightkeeper’s Society Liaison who will help you navigate our health system and facilitate access to care
- Offer personal assistance during emergency situations
- Advocacy on the members’ behalf with hospital personnel, if needed
- A private room, when available, if admission to the Medical Center is required.
- Test and procedure appointments at Shore Medical Center
- Provide information on outpatient services, in home care and medical supply resources
- Expedited physician and testing appointment scheduling, when possible
- Education on physicians and specialists
