What I love about being a Shore caregiver are the relationships that I build with patients and families, and caring for members of my community. Families put a great deal of trust in me to care for their baby, and it is my privilege to be there for them.Marissa Evans, RN
Working at Shore Medical Center has been great for my career. I have recently transitioned from an LPN role into an RN role, and I have been supported by the nurses on 5 Stainton the entire way. There's nothing better than knowing each shift I work, there is a supportive team behind me who has my back.
Nicole Powers, NA
I'm always appreciated and encouraged to succeed at Shore Medical Center. I love working with such a knowledgeable team that is willing to help me achieve my goals within the hospital.
Lacey Straub, MSN, BSN, RN
I believe here at Shore we practice with humility. The nurses with whom I work alongside know the importance of staying humble in order to provide the best care. Practicing humility allows us to push aside our own perceptions so we can learn and listen from others. This characteristic allows us to work so well as a team, which I find Shore holds as a high standard, as do I.Samantha Peterson, Nurse Assistant, 5th Stainton
There is nothing more rewarding than being able to provide help to those who need it most. The smallest act of kindness can make a patient’s day and puts a smile on my face.Nicholas Berenatto, BSN, RN, 5th Stainton
