Shore Medical Center recently named Nurse Care Manager Noelle Cropper, RN, its October Employee of the Month for consistently delivering outstanding service and embodying the organization's mission, vision, and values.
A resident of Marmora, Cropper began her career at Shore in 2018 as a night shift telemetry nurse and then became a clinical supervisor. She joined the Care Management department as a Nurse Care Manager in 2021.
Christine Bracey, MSW, LSW, Administrative Director of Care Management says that Cropper is dedicated and proactive in ensuring patients receive the appropriate level of care.

As a preceptor and mentor to new hires and her fellow care managers, Cropper plays a key role in fostering excellence within the team. She is also an active participant in the organization, serving as a safety coach and contributing member of the Bio-Ethics Committee. Her expertise and conscientious approach make her a valuable resource to providers, patients and their families.
